“Buffering” by Julian Smith — i wish he were my friend.

I had the opportunity to be an extra in the Total Recall remake and it’s due to come out this summer!! I didn’t make it into the trailer but I’m hoping to catch a glimpse in the feature :) SO excited to check it out!

i had SUCH a good time doing Ryerson’s Mass Exodus show. This dress is by far my favourite garment from the show.

Does it hurt?” asked the Rabbit.
“Sometimes,” said the Skin Horse, for he was always truthful. “When you are Real, you don’t mind being hurt.”
“Does it happen all at once, like being wound up,” he asked, “or bit by bit?”
“It doesn’t happen all at once,” said the Skin Horse. “You become. It takes a long time. That’s why it doesn’t often happen to people who break easily, or have sharp edges, or who have to be carefully kept. Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in the joints and very shabby. But these things don’t matter at all, because once you are Real you can’t be ugly, except to people who don’t understand.

For International Women’s Day…here is a photo of myself ‘au natural’. No make-up, no hair-styling, but I am wearing clothes.
God made each of us in his image and we are perfect to Him. That’s really all that matters.

Photos I shot of my stunning friend, Naomi

If I had my life to live over again, I’d dare to make more mistakes next time. I’d relax. I’d limber up. I’d be sillier than I’ve been this trip. I would take more trips, I would climb more mountains and swim more rivers. I would eat more ice cream and less beans. I would, perhaps, have more actual troubles but fewer imaginary ones. You see, I’mone of those people who was sensnsible and sane, hour after hour, day after day.
Oh, I’ve had my moments. If I had it to do over again, I’d have more of them. In fact, I’d try to have nothing else—just moments, one after another, instead of living so many years ahead of each day. I’ve been one of those persons who never goes anywhere without a thermometer, a hot-water bottle, a raincoat, and a parachute. If I could do it again, I would travel lighter than I have.
If I had my life to live over, I would start barefoot earlier in the spring and stay that way later in the fall. I would go to more dances, I would ride more merry-go-rounds, I would pick more daisies.
